Add ability to connect Arborium and Mulcher to circuit network.
I have setup where seeds from mulcher are picked back to arborium. In my case the setup of seeds is slower with consuming seeds than production in mulchers so mulchers become clogged in some time. I would like to have mechanism to pick seeds which are no longer needed and process them e.g. in furnace as fuel. But only in case if there is enough seeds for arboriums. It will be handy to have circuits which monitors the status of "unneeded" seeds in mulchers and missing seeds in arboriums.
