This should already be fixed in the newer versions. Please update.

When I upgrade MOD from ver 0.9.7 to 0.9.13 (also to 0.9.8) and load the game,
the placed alien wall/gate are disappeared.
The err message is deleted entity, "hybridGate-tier-2(gate)" and "hybridWall-tier-2(wall)".
The disappearance is happen if the alien hybrid upgrade 1 (and above I think) is completed when the MOD is upgraded.
The alien wall/gate are remain if no upgrade research is completed.

Uploaded a new version with the missing migrations. Load your 0.9.7 save so the walls and gates get transferred.
