im running quite a few mods and whenever i place your wall, it just ... doesn't.
it just 'poofs' and im left holding nothing

Nope, wasn't a mod conflict. Was really weird. All parts of the script were firing correctly, as far as I could tell. Had to make some adjustments to behavior for when walls/gates are placed, should fix the issue. Update will be available momentarily.
