The patch is made as a separate mod-addon and works on top of Age of Production.
The crafting‑category fixes from your modified modpack have been ported without altering the original mod files.

Additional categories have been reconfigured for some basic recipes:

Removed extra advanced‑centrifuging from production science, utility science, centrifuge, nuclear reactor, and uranium fuel cell.

Added advanced‑centrifuging to nuclear fuel, aop‑uranium‑233‑breeding, and kovarex‑enrichment‑process.

Updated aop‑atomic‑enricher:

Changed its recipe to advanced‑crafting.

Removed extra categories from its recipe.

Changed machine parameters: crafting speed, energy consumption, emissions, module slots, mining time, and animation speed.

Limited rocket transportation to 1 item per launch (via item weight).

Updated categories for individual recipes:

aop‑uranium‑sifting moved to centrifuging.

aop‑radiation‑cladding moved to advanced‑crafting.

Added advanced‑centrifuging support for aop‑uranium‑233‑breeding and aop‑fission‑science‑pack.
