This mod does three things:

1) Increases the cost to include solid fuel in the recipe.
2) When placed, lights that solid fuel so that the heating tower begins at a warmer temperature (60C°) so the inserter next to it will work.
3) Allow you to tweak the efficiency of the heating tower, because 250% is ludicrous!
