This is just a quick fix for Advanced Atomics at this time, and there may still be undiscovered issues that arise during gameplay, though Factorio's modding API is very stable so I'm not expecting anything.

Though the icon depicts an axe, the nuclear axe has been removed as axe items were removed from Factorio in 0.17.
