Basically let's you change all stats available for fuel items, including acceleration and top speed for fuels, that don't have it enabled on default.
Wanna make your trains go insanely speed only after fueling it by Yumako mash from gleba? Not a problem!
And obviosly, this is very cheaty mod, it let's you go supersonic so if you set up your max speed on max (which i limited to 20x = 2000%), excpect some lags if used on too much trains.
Space DLC compatibility included ofc.
