For the first rebalance of the ammo i tried to match the resource costs and outputs with the vanilla ones. This needs further consideration and very likeley recipe changes for the mod ammo.
in terms of Range the vanilla rocket turret has the edge against the mk2 but lower attack speed, i think thats fine for now. But i think the mk2 will later be after the vanilla turret in the tech tree or there will be a mk3, since atm its only the destroyer there.
