I am happy for you to use the graphics in your planet mod however I am disappointed you did not make a request prior to launching your mod. The reason I ask for this in the license is only to prevent a duplicate of my mod and to also ask if my mod can be used as a dependency rather than stripping out the graphics as this helps both parties.
