Abandoned Ruins - Updated (core)

This mod doesn't do anything by itself. You need to install ruin-set mods or no ruin will be spawned. It then can spawn randomly choosen ruins in the world. These ruins are destroyed fragments of bases, forts, small oases, and more. (Now co-authored with roland77)

It doesn't seem to like the short version foo += 1. I had to fix it on several places. 1.5.1 will be up soon.

Still have some errors here. storage.allowed_planets didn't properly initialize. Maybe I have compare it with nil and not check with not? Lua is try-n-fail here.
