Abandoned Ruins - Updated (core)

This mod doesn't do anything by itself. You need to install ruin-set mods or no ruin will be spawned. It then can spawn randomly choosen ruins in the world. These ruins are destroyed fragments of bases, forts, small oases, and more. (Now co-authored with roland77)

Just updated to SE 0.7.3.7 and Abandoned Ruins 1.4.13, and:

The mod Space Exploration (0.7.37) caused a non-recoverable error.
Please report this error to the mod author.

I forgot to add return is_excluded. That's for sure.

1.4.14 should fix this for you. Since I use SA/quality and not SE, please retest.
