The Ruins Mod adds randomly spawns ruins in the world. These ruins are destroyed fragments of bases, forts, small oases, and more. Explore them for loot, adventure, or entertainment, but beware, some still have running defenses from the last player that landed on the planet, with more successful colonies having better defenses.

Thanks for the message! It's my mistake.

The reason for the error is that I moved all the ruins from this mod to another submod https://mods.factorio.com/mod/AbandonedRuins-base . And now, if there are no ruins from the submod, the game shows an error

I'm currently solving this error. As it is solved, I will update the mod.

But to play with ruins, you still need to run the submod with ruins https://mods.factorio.com/mod/AbandonedRuins-base and there will be no error.
