Not sure I understand what you mean.
The Blank Clone is an ingredient for making the soldiers. The soldiers are deployed when they finish crafting in the specialised factories. They aren't deployable by themselves.
sorry for my bad english ^^" what i mean is it is impossible to take the finish product with an inserter or a loader, i must take them manually.
