Free your mind from worries, make SE a bit easier by removing power requirement from transmitters/receivers. No more destroyed outposts when your power dips.
NOTE: You'll notice the signals still transmit when the power is disconnected. They might look like they need power, but that's just a side effect of a bug in SE, which crashes the game when the entities use a 'void' power source. Once that's fixed, I can update my mod and then they truly won't require a link to the power network.
