V 0.4.1 should work - but now a constant combinator chest is required as well. The desired train config is entered into the constant combinator. It no longer needs to be cumulative either.
Added support for artillery wagons.
Updated screenshots etc. to come.
This mod automatically creates trains and sends them to a station. This way you can be out building outposts and not need to worry about bringing locos/wagons/fuel.
New in 0.4.0 - Nothing! Just updated for 0.16 - I didn't have an existing base handy to check against - let me know if it doesn't work.
New in 0.3.0 - support for all solid and rocket fuels, and ability to copy settings from an existing train and set the maximum number of trains created. See the video below for usage examples.

Building the train creator chest and attach with red or green wire it to a rail signal, rail stop and constant combinator. The wires must physically go to the chest, being a part of the same network is not enough.
Set the constant combinator with the order you want locos/wagons built in. Each new loco request is swapped in direction from the previous locomotive request. If a chemical fuel (wood, coal, rocket fuel etc.) is also requested in the chest, it is evenly split between all locos.
Nothing is built until everything the requester chest has the minimum requirements.
Note that the signal linked to the chest is used as the first check that a train could be built in the NEXT section - so in order for the train to move off you will need to build another signal for normal travel.
Tested in single player creative mode. Let me know of any issues. No experience with multiplayer, so you will need to tell me what to fix if something is wrong.
