Adds a hotkey (Control+R by default) to rename entities that support backer names:

• Roboports
• Science labs
• Train stations
• Locomotives
• Radars

Simply put the mouse cursor over an entity, press Control+R and a text box will appear with the existing name.
The green commit button or pressing Enter will save your changes and close the GUI.
Closing the renamer window by clicking the X button or pressing Escape will cancel any changes and close the GUI.
The shuffle button will pick a new random backer name. If Name Lists is installed, it will fetch an appropriate name from that mod.
The reset button will undo any changes that have not yet been saved, and keep the GUI open.

The rename field supports Rich Text via both the icon selector and typing/pasting icon codes.
