Adds a hotkey (Control+R by default) to rename entities that support backer names:

• Roboports
• Science labs
• Train stations
• Locomotives
• Radars

Simply put the mouse cursor over an entity, press Control+R and a text box will appear with the existing name.
The ✔ button or pressing Enter will save your changes and close the GUI.
The 🗙 button or pressing Escape will cancel any changes and close the GUI.
The 🗘 button will undo any changes that have not yet been saved, and keep the GUI open.
The 🔀 button will generate a new random backer name. If Name Lists is installed, it will fetch an appropriate name from that mod.

The rename field supports Rich Text.
