The mod seems to work fine without the DLC enabled, but for some reason it's marked as a "Space Age Mod" on the portal. Can you change this, or is it a bug in the mod portal? Maybe it's because the first version of this mod did require the DLC.
That is very strange. I believe this is a bug from the mod portal, as the first release accidentally required DLC. I’ll ask. ty
