No resource entities will decrease below the minimum yield.
Resource entities generated with less than the minimum (or more than the maximum) are corrected in chunk generation.

Configuration

Many users want 100% yield forever, which is achieved by setting the minimum and maximum to 1.
Restart is required to change the minimum yield, but the maximum yield is a map setting.
