It would be really nice to allow tenders to output their contents into a connected locomotive. If a locomotive has no fuel in its slots, a tender should remove a few pieces of any item with a fuel value from its inventory, and insert it into the locomotive's fuel slots.

This would help with keeping trains filled with fuel (if 30 pieces of Rocket Fuel isn't enough)

this needs code ... adding code is the best way to broke the mod on every single version-update. i'am not a huge fan of this - also it says "decorative" railway-mod not practically or must have.
