Im not sure anybody noticed it yet but you cant actually rotate the steam powered ore crusher. The input changes its position but the building itself doesn rotate.
Confirmed bug.
I don't know how to fix it unfortunately sorry! I don't know if assembler buildings can even rotate properly :/
