What does the kat debug mode setting do?

The debug mode setting is one I created for testing the pack, left in to easily find problems. It removes the requirement for machines to use electricity and removes the productivity limitations, making it easier to use the creative mode mod to test things.

What is the preferred underground settings, and why is one of the options -1?

The preferred underground setting is used to determine which 5dims underground belt to use for the 5dims belts when using the smart belt placement mode. -1 means to use the normal version of the underground, and not one of the 30 or 50 length ones.

Why doesn't it work?

This mod depends on having PyCoalTbaA, which was deprecated. Look it up on the portal and download the latest version. If another mod (not deprecated) is made which does the same thing, I'll replace PyCoal with that. Due to the same problem (though atm this mod isnt deprecated), the mod Py + AngelBob Fix must be installed from the portal manually (just hit install without dependencies).
