In angels+bobmod, it is rather hard to get to blue science packs, would you mind loosening requirements on basic tech to just green+red? especially that green+red allows really basic drones. maybe make it more time expensive or more science pack (as quantity) to balance it.

It kinda is, thats why it would be good to counterbalance it by either time or cost. Setting blue science is not particularly hard, but requires a lot of resources in the end.To get resources i need to use trains, and to control trains it would be awesome to set up even basic wireless signals, i.e. send signal if enough resources available for pickup. Only basic transmiter is far enough for that
