i created the wind turbine and placed it down next to a power pole in grid, it turns on and spins but produces no power

Currently this mod has a hard requirement on https://mods.factorio.com/mod/WindSpeedChanging or something else that varies the surface wind speed. Even locked output power mode is broken.

To get locked output power mode to work you need to make a configuration change to enabled locked output mode after placing the wind turbines.

Yes indeed Brodey967, this bug is located in the original mod from majuss & OwnlyMe.
