Changes research ingredients counts to prioritize one particular science pack over others.
The total amount of science packs remains the same, as is the research time, but the ratio between the packs is different. (therefor also the raw material cost)

Also has an option to disable vanilla science pack recipes to allow the player to force the usages of other means such as Leighzer's Science Ores.
