I have been using Krastorio 2 and so far WiM has been working great. However, I decided to redo my factory floor and I was working in reverse: build the layout for the tech cards when I noticed that when I added assemblers for the Military Tech cards, the automation tech card suddenly showed dependencies for the Military tech. Is this a weirdness with WiM or Krastorio?

You are right, this is a bit weird. Krastorio is not the problem here, I believe. The Biter Research Data that is shown there is only used in the recipe for Military Science Packs.

Did you use to have an assembling machine that was producing Military Science Packs, but is now producing Automation Science Packs? If so, how did you change the recipe of that assembling machine?
