A couple of changes to power pole distribution areas and connection length to work with blueprint book for rails.

Modifies a lot of Space Exploration and Krastorio buildings to accept productivity modules. I'm adding them as I play so mid and late game stuff isn't modified yet. Stay tuned!

Modifies flare stack and electric incinerator to be placeable in space.
