The description says this recipe requires the Space Platform Thruster technology, however:

When starting a new game with Water Freezing installed, the recipe is immediately available in crafting, despite not being able to hand-craft it, and despite the Thruster not having been unlocked.

Can you please add an option to hide the recipe until after the tech unlock or even better, hide it entirely from the hand-crafting menu?

An option to either make it immediately available or require the tech it says would be nice

I'm working on a Space Age rejigger mod that is using this mod and I set the ice recipe to unlock in tandem with the chemical plant. That seems right to me since ice isn't exactly some kind of exotic space technology.
