Fixes the water graphics so that it can blend into any terrain type, including concrete, stone brick and modded biomes. Concrete and stone brick can also be placed right up to the edge of the water. Also fixes some of the weirdness related to placing landfill.

All of the functionality of Water Fix is now in the base game as of Factorio 0.16. This mod will not be developed further unless there are other things to fix relating to water in the future.
