Original mod by Venca — this is 0.4.4, built by merging all the outstanding pull requests by me into a single updated release so everyone gets the fixes and new features in one place.

What's new in 0.4.4:
- Player eligibility filter + admin vote bypass for warps (new/AFK players handled properly)
- New /warpcheat console command
- Ground minimap shown while in factory/garden
- Platform reconstruction animation and capacitor fail state
- Visual and audio effects for floor teleports
- Speech bubble notifications
- Garden fixes
- Train fixes (including multi-train ground-floor teleport crash)
- No more lava/planet hazards leaking onto the platform
