In the editor extension i spawn in a crack.
It has 40000% mining time and 100% yield like on a normal map.
A drone has 120MJ which should work for 12 seconds and it does.
The machine consumes power aswell which is annoying but whatever.

The output is supposed to be 25/second.
Which it is not. The bar fills up super slow (40 seconds)
and then it vomits a few hundred chucks into the chest.
But not 1000 which would atleast make sense.
Its 1031, then it 1195, 1084 and 960.
Why is the number always different and why does it not output each second?

Hello, everything you described is by design.

The energy consumption aswell as mining drone usage as a "fuel".
The mining output is variable between a range depending on the ressource richness ; which should be a fixed value in naturally spawning ore patches and cracks.

The mining time is also intentional, so you have to use a container for the output instead of just belt like normal miner, this is a big drill that output big chunks from the depths of the planet afterall !
