For those not aware:
When an inserter or bot interacts with ANY chest to take or pull an item, it has to scan ALL slots in a chest regardless of the item's location in the chest or if the chest is limited [red tiles are still scanned].
This takes fractions of a second, but when you have 50,000 of them it can actually contribute to UPS drain.
