Made this for bob's greenhouses. I didn't like how there was no easy way to automate rails on any planet other than nauvis. Keeps Bob's wood rail recipe as the default. Adds the vanilla recipe (1 iron stick + 1 stone + 1 steel) as an alternate, unlocked with the Elevated Rails technology.
