is it possible to change the u-235 by the u-238, or at less to put an option is the setting mods ?

Well, I was thinking about it long time ago... There is now a option for that in startup settings in v1.3.0.
Prices are changed by x5 multiplier, e.g. belt cost is x5 u-238 instead of 1 u-235.
By default this is disabled, so you need to turn it on in settings.
