It would be nice if this is compatible with upgrade planner :)
(It is still possible to workaround by creating a custom planner recepie)
I like the cost balancing!

I do like your mod, just feel a little pity that the icons are not very clear.
So I modify the official icon base on the colour of your mod, and replaced them.
The icon png is 64*64 pixel, and it seeams working good with your mod.
If you want to upgrade your mod, and need my modified icon, please let me know. I'll be very happy if i can help.

yeah ive also noticed that underground belts and splitters cant be auto upgraded or clicked to replace, have to manually clear then place them, please fix asap, its a good mod
