Is there any way to reverse it and make build with bots the default option? I like the in-game way of upgrading where it's not instant. But I also like that this mod has "lists" that I could save. Thanks!

At the moment there is no way to change this, but I am working on an overhaul of the mod where it can import/export to the Factorio default planner and where this will be possible.

The newest version now has an option to toggle between upgrade modes.
