Both in fact. I do have other stuff to do(which is why the bugs in There is my Ghost aren't fixed yet. This mod however did not need a change going from 0.18 to 1.0, since there weren't any changes made to any of the recipes this mod is influenced by. 0.18 marked mods are also compatible wit 1.0, so I did not even need to bump the version number(will do at some point in time though)
