The mod did work in older builds of 0.17, but doesn't work with newer builds due to a change in the internal name for the technology for Power Armor Mk2 (and possibly others, but that's the one it crashes on during startup).
Aha, yes, that is an dumb thing on my part, I did update the mod, forgot to upload... I will do so in about 4hrs(have it on a different pc that I can't access at this moment)
