It seems there is some kind of conflict with the Jetpack mod by Earendel. Having Underwater Pipes installed along side it causes the player to instantly be killed when attempting to place tiles such as stone bricks or concrete on the ground while flying a jetpack. I've meticulously combed through my extensive mod list and narrowed the issue down to Underwater Pipes unfortunatly.
