Undeletable fluids (For Nullius or other mods)

Prevents the flushing of fluids in pipes and tanks. Use this when a mod asks you to dispose of byproducts and you want to stop yourself from cheesing. Designed with Nullius in mind.

Thanks for the interest! I also want PyHard players to suffer :)

At the moment, this mod could really use a new event to catch the amount of fluids in tanks when marked for deconstruction:

It's not a complete blocker, but it will be a giant pain in the ass without it. Still, I will eventually get it done.
