Hi,
this mod is really helpful since i stumbled myself into problems with shortwave_fix and belt balancer when i tried them with Ultracube.
Additionally i found another mod affected when used in Ultracube games SchallCircuitScaling, i didn't dig yet into it.
after looking at your changes for belt-balancer-2 i compared the files regarding entities, items, technology and recipes for Version 3 and 3-1 as well.
It seems those versions should work as well with your tweaks.
