Twice the speed of express belts

Augmented or new ways of transporting materials - belts, inserters, pipes!
Some reason, every time I try pickup up these belts or any variant of it (Splitters and/or Underground) it only returns a default Yellow belt... Is there a way to fix this?
Fixed in 0.1.2 Cant believe I missed that.
