TX Station
Every signal connected to a TX Station will be written in a script-output/txstation.json file.
This is currently happening at a fixed interval every 600 ticks = 10 seconds.
Every signal connected to this substation will be written to a JSON file in the Factorio folder. Meant to be processed by a script running outside of Factorio. I use it to populate a PostgreSQL database and then visualized in Grafana. But Prometheus is also a viable option.
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.
