This mod adds a tiny mining drill. Its like the standard mining drill but only one tile big. May be super OP.
Fluid mining/sharing works. Comes in three different mining radius sizes.

I made this mod for the diggy scenario where you have to build on resources but the standard mining drills cant reach the ores unter the machines, or are way too big to fit in between.
