I installed this and I don't see any changes. No new planners in my tools, no new items to craft, no new researches..... ????????
EDIT: Installed it a second time and suddenly it works!
However, I disagree with the requirement to research Construction Robots. There are many mods that allow you to start the game with bots to help you skip the early game.
