A collection of changes to K2SE that I feel were overlooked. Doesnt currently change much, but will be updated.

Current changes:
- Advanced steel processing: Adds back the vanilla Iron -> Steel recipe, and moves k2's Iron + Coke -> Steel to a new research unlocked after chemical science.
- Remove optimisation research data: Makes the optimisation science pack just require the ingredients of the optimisation research data
- Improved advanced circuits: After unlocking immersite refining, a new recipe for the advanced circuit which needs imersium sulfide is unlocked, which produces more advanced circuits
- Improved big electric motors: After unlocking holmium cable, you can make big electric motors using them, they craft twice as fast and use half the ingredients!
