Same behavior with old and new Auto Research.

My mod doesn't touch the enabled or hidden property of any of the technologies, only the prerequisites.
Are you playing with any other technology related mods, or is it just qol_research?

I couldn't find any way to reproduce the bug on my end, and if I had to guess, it's probably a bug with the Auto Research mod since my mod can't change that.
On an unrelated note, I strongly recommend using Ultimate Research Queue because it is so much nicer looking and has some really good features, and it's made by raiguard so you know it's good :P

Thanks, I don't look for new versions of mods very often since they work for so long without updates.

Looks like Raiguard has a lot of good stuff since I last looked. I'll probably add most to replace some legacy stuff.

I have a full AngelBob pack so it is hard to narrow down some things. I only just added yours to the pack. I only assumed it may have been your since it was the only research mod I have recently added. Maybe an update somewhere in my list broke something.

I did look in some old bug reports on Auto research and this has happened before with hidden research. I've just never had it happen and I've had both of these mods for a while.

Wow, sounds complicated. There is a better mod for what Research Fog does called Discovery Tree and it's very configurable. Glad I could help somewhat!
