g [Solved] Question about Forces

Hey there, sorry to bother!

I'm not 100% sure I'm following this "Each team gets its own "Nauvis" homeplanet and 1 reserved expansion planet that only said team can colonize.\n 2. - Technology trees, planets, spaceships and chats are per-force.\n 3. - A team will merge with the global force "Player" when landing on their associated expansion planet.\n 4. - Merges will keep the best technologies from both parties"

Does this mean when a player from a force lands lands on one of their expansion planets, that force now becomes "Player", and this happens to all other forces too, so eventually if every force left their starter nauvis, they'd all become the player force? This is a great mechanic, just want to make sure I'm understanding.

At that point, every force leaving their starting Nauvis would be able to contribute and have access to any other Force that became the Player force?

Yes - exactly. The intent is that everyone gets their cozy start, and as you move forward, you the start to converge to other forces (meeting on gleba | vulca |fulgora triangle or on aquilos, for very further away players) but you also have merged forces at that point, so you get rewarded from having build many home planets and many expansion planets (as you have multiple planets/forces now contributing to same tech tree, since you're all on 'player' force :)

Thanks man! Amazing setup and works great for my group of friends. Love the mod so far, we're using Player as our hub planet and once we've hit our expansions, we'll probably filter off to our own stellar systems.
