Deliver science packs without the need for sushi belts and/or inserters.
Providing the player with new tools or adjusting the game interface, without fundamentally changing gameplay.

I have right clicked the requests in the labs themselves but when I close out of the lab, it just resets the supply request back to the default.
I basically can't stop this mod from spamming me that I don't have science packs in my Logistics System even when I've removed the mod.
are you sure you've removed the mod? it shouldn't refresh item request proxies once it is removed.
