g Elevator belts not working

With 4.1 Subterra I get the issue where the elevator belts don't work at all.
When Placing an elevator belt and using the stairs to go down, there is no belt underground.
Also mining the elevator belt after placing it picks it up as a regular belt
I have no other mods installed although I also tested with RSO.

Interestingly this mods elevator belts didn't work alone or with RSO
But after updating RSO with the version that came out 8 days ago, it now works with RSO
